Quaint, rustic, tiny house in a quiet part of the village adjacent to a pond and greenspace. Two spaces, upstairs and downstairs (passage upstairs is by ladder, so not suitable for people unable to climb the ladder. Bed is upstairs). Natural plaster interior with decorative clay alis pigment and reclaimed wood floors. Perfect little private space with good ventilation and a pretty arbor for shade in summer.

First floor has a desk and small wood stove for heating, if needed. Second floor has a sloped ceiling 7ft at front 4ft at the back and is the sleeping space. Full-sized bed with memory foam mattress with CertiPUR-US certified foams. 240 sq ft, 11x11' on each level. Coffee provided by reusable pod in coffee maker and tea available from hot water. Linens, pillows, and towel provided. No internet, so turn off your devices and enjoy a digital sabbath. House is connected to our village microgrid. Outhouse 30ft down the path for easy use. Close to the Common House, Mercantile, and center of village activity, but still quiet and secluded.
